Check in & check out
Our rooms are available by no later than 14:30. On departure day, you may remain in your room until 11:00. Please do not forget to return your room cards at the reception desk. You are welcome to settle your bill on the evening before you leave, if you prefer.
Payment
The rooms you have booked will be guaranteed once we have received your deposit. You are welcome to pay your room bill in cash, with your EC-Card or credit card. Credit cards: We accept EC-Card, Postcard, VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard, for the payment of your hotel bill.
Cancellation Payment Conditions
Rooms booked for a stay in the period from the 1st of May until the 30th of November in any year can be cancelled free of charge until 48 hours before arrival.
Rooms booked for a stay in the period from the 1st of December till the 30th of April in any year can be cancelled free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
In the case of a confirmed cancellation from 29 to 15 days before arrival we are unfortunately forced to charge 50% of the total cost of the booking. From 14 days until arrival, and in case of no show we always charge the full amount.
To avoid cancellation fees, please make sure to send us a written cancellation according to above mentioned rules and regulations.
COVID Cover
In addition to the above special rules apply during the pandemic.
If one of the following events takes place as a direct result of any measures taken by (inter)national governments in relation to COVID-19, we offer a full refund until 48hrs before your planned arrival , if one of the following conditions apply:
-You are prevented from travelling as a result of national or international government imposed travel restrictions.
-You are diagnosed with COVID-19 (a medical proof and/or a positive COVID-19 test in your name is obligatory ).
– In case of a full closure of the skiing area and/or the town of Haute Nendaz before your planned stay, as a result of national or local government measures.
– In case of closure of the skiing area and/or the town of Haute Nendaz during your stay the remainder of your booking will be reimbursed, excluding tourist taxes and booking fees.

Pets
Pets can only be brought by prior arrangement. Only available in the standard room Perce Neige. No access to the breakfast aera permitted.
Smoking
We would like to inform you that we are a non-smoking hotel. We do, however, offer a cosy smoker’s terrace and some rooms features a balcony.
Night entry
Your room cards unlock the night entrance.(located at the ground-floor staircase).
Children
Children 3 and under can stay in the available beds for free.
Baby cribs are available and free of charge.
Sauna
The sauna area can be booked from 10:00 till 20:00. Please make your reservation at the reception. Sauna robes are available in your room for you to borrow at no charge. Bath towels for the sauna can be found in the sauna room.
Restaurant
During your stay, a table will be reserved for you for breakfast. It is possible to book halfboard. An extra of 35,-chf per person, per night will be charged for a 3 course menu ( 20,- chf per child until the age of 12 ).
This option is only possible during your entire stay, ( with the exception of one night ) and only during opening hours of the restaurant. Please let us know at check in.
Ski-room/bike-room
There is a ski-room ( in winter )available for guests to store their boots and ski’s. In summer this room is used to store ( e-) bikes. This room is locked an accesible with your room key.
Parking
The hotel’s private car park is available to guests free of charge.
